Giuliana Rancic Dresses Up as Victoria for Halloween

E!'s daily dose of fashion entertainment, aka Fashion Police, kicked off Halloween this year in style with the co hosts dressing up as celebrities. Host Joan Rivers dressed as Suri Cruise complete with a cardboard cut-out of mom Katie Holmes, Kelly Osborne and George Kotsiopoulos looked great as Jennifer Lopez and soon-to-be ex Marc Anthony... but my favorite of the bunch was Giuilana Rancic who donned her best Victoria Beckham attire complete with a Hermes Birkin and Brian Atwood pumps. Giuliana's look seemed to be styled after Victoria's shopping look from April 2009 while she was with her family after her birthday. Either way, it was major!
