Before Victoria Beckham and her darling little lady jetted back home to LA last week, momma VB spent some time shopping for Harper at Carmel, a children's clothing store. Victoria looked amazing in the same self-designed dress she wore in NYC shopping but this time, it was two different blues instead of a colored blocked blue and orange.
