In The Flesh...

I hate being so behind, because my pics always looks like crap. I always get a brain blockage when I am pressed for time and nothing seems to work. I also feel bad, because a good a friend of mine happily volunteered her services to find the perfect place to take my pictures. I agreed in a very grumpy manner, not because of her, but because I just was feeling down and lacking confidence. She did find the cutest location, but because of possible post processing issues, I chose another space in this wonderful SIM. And, even if I didn't show it at the time, I sincerely appreciate all her help and positive energy.
Anyway, speaking of late and seriously behind, this post is wayyyyyyyy overdue. It is from Fleshtone's latest big release, which is AMAZING! It also includes new hair from Truth Hawks. And more of the fabulous new skin release, called 'Kae', from Lara Hurley.

Victoria Beckham Graces the Cover of Bazaar UK - May 2012

Bazaar was the first British glossy to celebrate Victoria Beckham’s metamorphosis from pop starlet to fashion force, and now for the second time she appears on our cover, as Jubilee fever fills the air.

For the May 2012 issue, dedicated to celebrating all that is great about Britain’s idiosyncratic cultural royalty, Victoria makes a fitting cover Queen.

Shot in L.A by Camilla Akrans, who describes Victoria as ‘an absolute sweetheart’, the super mother, business woman and fashion icon talks to Bazaar’s Deputy Editor about juggling her roles as fashion designer and super mum to three growing boys and new baby daughter Harper Seven, how she feels about her body and what it’s like to go to bed with David Beckham.

La Legere

Aeon Perian, even though I only become acquainted with his designs fairly recently, is one of favorite SL designers. His imagination has no limits! He can go from avant garde to subdued 'city chic', while still maintaining his amazing sense of style and eye for detail. Aeon's use of patterns and textures has truly impressed me. He can make two opposing forces, look like they were made for one another. This aspect of his work, is very apparent in his latest mesh dress, called 'La Legere'. This dress is STUNNING and a definite Spring MUST have! I highly suggest you go down and see all the brilliant patterns and colors in comes in for yourself. However, it is rigged mesh, so make sure you try a demo first. Just in case you do not know, rigged mesh can not be modified. However, I have not really had an issue with mesh not fitting, since it always comes in a few different sizes. Here is your limo to ~plank couture~:

I also must mention that Lara Hurley just released another fabulous new skin, called 'Kae'. Like all her skins, 'Kae' is comes in soft make-ups and luminous skin tones. Plus, Lara gives you a ton of extra lip and eye make-ups for unlimited looks. I have yet to wear a skin from Lara that doesn't make my avatar look more than amazing. Last night, actress Jennifer Lawrence attended a photo call for her new film "The Hunger Games" at Callao Cinema in Madrid, Spain. To the event she wore an adorbale Victoria, Victoria Beckham fall 2012 dress with a fab pair of Brian atwood booties. Love this dress on her!

Whie Orchid

Mila Tatham, of *SoliDea FoliEs*, has been releasing so many brilliant and beautiful creations lately, that it is almost impossible to keep up! Everything is so lovely, which makes it so difficult to not want to blog everything right away. Unfortunately, I am one of the slowest blogger's on earth. If my connection is fine, I always fuss over details and spend way too long editing. Mind you, I never like to alter the way most creations look. I just obsess over viewer glitches, lighting issues and the jaggy edges. Plus, I always like to add something special to my images. Anyway, I have know idea why I am talking about myself....
So, back to this amazing piece, called 'White Orchid'. This ensemble, like all of Mila's designs, is basically wearable art. Utter fantasy! Why have a second life if you can not indulge in such luxuries? You absolutely MUST see Mila's creations for yourself!
Once again, I am wearing aida Ewing's fabulous new masterpiece, called 'Leah'. Like I had mentioned before, I feel this is one her best skins to date! And that is a really tough thing to say, since aida's skins are always fabulous. This is is skin that will make any shape look stunning! Although, I still recommend trying on a demo.
